Work experience under implied status counts if the same conditions as the original work permit are followed.

Education Requirement:
There are no education requirements for this program, however, if you want to improve your CRS score in the Express Entry pool you will need to obtain an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report if you do not have Canadian qualifications.

* Self-Employed and work experience gained while you were a full-time student doesn't count towards the minimum requirement for this program. Work experience must be gained while on a valid work permit and gained in TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 job categories.

If your Canadian work experience was gained more than three years before you submit your Express Entry profile, you will still receive points if you qualify for one of the programs that fall under Express Entry.
